Keynote speakers are Dr. Cynthia Robbins-Roth, the founder of BioVenture Publishing Inc. and BioVenture Consultants, who will address issues arising from the growth of Northern California biotechnology; G. Steven Burrill, CEO of Burrill and Company, who will provide insight into his anticipated changes in the industry in the coming year; and Reinhard Hanselka, President of Integrated Engineering Services, who will deliver an update on the changing California codes.
