The event Federal Circuit Judges Come to California will take place on February 27, 2007 at The Ritz-Carlton Marina del Rey, 4375 Admiralty Way in Marina del Rey, CA. The judges will provide a brief commentary on the latest initiatives of the Court, including technology enhancements. Topics include: Decision Making and Effective Advocacy at the Federal Circuit; The New Federal Circuit Mediation Program; "What’s Up with the Supreme Court?"; and Patent Litigation: Perspectives of the Trial Courts.
